My kids had a good time. Lots of fun. Just a heads up though, toddlers need close watching. They can wander fast.

I’m particular about getting my food fresh and without a long wait, and the fries came out really fast. Simple order, but they handled it well.

The place is set up really nicely. I could keep an eye on the kids easily and move between the games, bowling, and food without feeling turned around. I kind of feel like they put some extra thought into the layout, maybe because families are there a lot, but either way it made the whole visit stress-free.

The place was really clean. Like, everything looked well taken care of, and even the bathrooms were totally fine, which I always notice

We went on a Saturday and most of the rides were running, which was a nice surprise. The kids didn’t have to stand around wondering what was closed, so the day went smoothly. That said, it was kind of annoying that the communication wasn’t clearer about ride status ahead of time. It would’ve been nice to know what to expect before getting there. Still, we had an easy day and would probably go back.

I got my prize fast, and when I needed help, the staff made it really easy with no hassle at all. i had a smooth experience.

The lines moved quick, which was nice. Nothing too crazy, but it definitely made the whole experience feel a lot easier.

I did end up finding a spot, but it took way longer than I expected. I was kind of confused for a bit because I thought it would be more straightforward, but eventually it worked out

Had a really good time at The Rush Funplex, and a big part of that was the staff. You know how sometimes a place is busy and everyone working there seems like they’d rather be anywhere else? It wasn’t like that here at all. We had a little issue with our wristbands, and one of the workers fixed it right away without acting annoyed or making us stand around forever. Huge win, especially when you’ve got kids ready to sprint off in every direction. They also helped my kid find a game he had been talking about nonstop, which was nice because I was already half distracted trying to remember if I left my water bottle in the car. The place was busy, but the employees still stayed calm, friendly, and helpful. Good customer service really does make a difference. We left happy, my kid had a blast, and I didn’t even lose my keys this time, so that feels like a successful outing. 5 stars from me

It was boring. Like I said, a lot of the stuff felt old, and the games got dull really fast. The kids were over it way sooner than I thought they’d be. Like I said, I just don’t think it’s worth going back.

The hours are good, which is helpful. It does get a little crowded later on, though, so apparently everyone else figured that out too.

Booking online was simple and only took a minute to get the confirmation. Everything seemed fine and I didn’t run into any major issues, but I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality until I see how the rest of the experience goes

I really liked that there were different admission options to choose from. It made it easy to pick what worked best for our family without paying for extras we didn’t need. Getting in was simple, the kids had a blast, and we’d definitely go again

Took my kids to The Rush Funplex and, to be fair, the staff were really nice. The front desk helped us sort out a small issue with our passes without acting like it was some huge inconvenience, which I appreciated. It was busy, so we did end up waiting around for a few things longer than I would’ve liked, but the employees stayed polite and answered our questions. Slightly annoying at times, but overall it was a good visit and we’d probably go back...

We had my son’s birthday party at The Rush Funplex it went really well. I kind of lost track of when we got there versus when the kids started running around, but basically they were nonstop the whole time and nobody seemed bored for even a minute. The staff was friendly and helped us out whenever we needed something. The party room was clean enough, setup was simple, and everything just kind of worked out. I’d definitely do it again

We had a good time at Rush Funplex overall. Most of the lines moved quickly, though we did have to wait a little for a couple of games and for food. it wasn’t a huge deal — places get busy, and as long as everyone is patient and treats the staff kindly, it’s fine. The kids still had a lot of fun, which is what mattered most. We’d go back, but probably try to pick a less busy day next time.

The arcade itself was fun, and there were a lot of games I wanted to play. But a few of the machines ate my tokens, which got frustrating fast. When I mentioned it, I just got the usual vague promise that they’d “look into it,” but nothing really changed while I was there. I’d probably go back, but only if they actually fix the machines

Had a fun time overall, but food wasn’t great. Pizza tasted kind of old and dry, fries came out cold, and drinks were mostly ice. For the price, expected a little better. Kids still ate some since they were hungry, but would probably eat before coming next time.

As a parent, I always notice the restroom situation when I’m out with my kids, and I was relieved at The Rush Funplex. The bathrooms were kept fairly clean, which is not always the case at places packed with kids running around. It did get a little crowded near the sinks, but nothing felt gross or stressful to deal with. Overall, better than I expected for such a busy family spot.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the prices ended up being fair for how much there was to do. The kids were completely occupied for hours, which felt like a small miracle. By the end, I was just relieved and happy it felt totally worth the money
